Free self-service with a profile-completeness gate. PRO, priced by rank, adds career and hiring insights, a promotion path and verified exports. Seafarer offline outbox is in beta (profile, document details, evaluation ack, planning confirm) — we do not claim full at-sea vessel PWA or OCR-everywhere.

Five desks are in production. Port-agent work is appointed-only; owners remain observe-only. We will not sell mockup-complete or certification.
Tenant administration included
Every company tenant manages its own users, departments, and positions. RSM Software operators run the SaaS control plane — tenants, subscriptions, and support — separately.
Regulatory assist, not certification
Tideward is an evidence store for the crew chain. It does not certify MLC, STCW, ISM, or ISPS, and it is not a HIPAA, full-erasure, full-DSAR, or sanctions-screening product.
